About
MMC Property Management Limited (MMCPML) was incorporated in 1994 as Makola Market Company to construct and manage shops, offices, and other facilities at the Makola area following the 1993 fire at the original Makola No. 2 Market. In 2011 the company changed its name to MMC Property Management Ltd to reflect a broader focus on residential and commercial property management. Our mission is to develop and manage facilities using cost‑effective techniques to optimise shareholder value, and our vision is to be the leading and most efficient facility management company in Ghana and beyond.
