Mr. John Appea brings extensive leadership experience from his tenure as Managing Director of Makola Market Company, where he championed insurance and risk management initiatives for traders. As board chair he guides MMC’s overall strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Rose‑Margaret Kpodo – Managing Director
Mrs. Rose‑Margaret Kpodo serves as Managing Director of MMC Property Management Limited and oversees the company’s major commercial and residential properties. Her leadership drives operational excellence and innovation across the business.
Rosemary Sapara‑Grant – Non‑Executive Director
Mrs. Rosemary Sapara‑Grant is the company’s Head of Operations and brings hands‑on expertise in facilities management. As a non‑executive director she provides insight on operational risks, disaster recovery and community engagement.
